Anger You Hold Towards Anyone, is Anger You Hold Against Yourself

ANGER YOU HOLD TOWARDS ANYONE, IS ANGER YOU HOLD AGAINST YOURSELF

As much as you would like to believe that it is what another person says or does that “ticks you off,” the real person you’re feeling angry with in that moment is YOU!

Yep! When you feel angry, it is a sign that in some way, shape, or form, your vision for this experience isn’t matching your desires… and to the degree that it is off, your fears are being triggered… which you’re expressing at that moment as ANGER.

Regardless of the amount of time, energy, or effort you spend in trying to make the situation be what you want it to be, if it’s not turning out how you desire — in order to live happy & fabulously — you must LET YOUR ANGER ABOUT IT GO!

Each person and experience you come across is only meant to reflect back to you who you are being in the moment. THAT’S IT! Don’t hold onto it — for the very act of replaying a negative experience in your mind again and again holds you to that state of being… which then creates the obstacles you must conquer to create your life the way you want it to be.

* Moment to moment you’re deciding who it is you want to be… use moments of temporary anger to signal you that it’s time to back-up your thought-stream so that you can re-direct towards ideas that will make you feel happy!
