Everything You’re Running From is in Your Head
We’ve all done it.
Tried to out run certain people, experiences, and dilemmas in our life, in order to restore our good feelings.
The problem however, in using this methodology to release us from fear, overwhelm, and other negativity is that, where ever you go… there you are…
And, if you’re stuck in the same habitual thought-patterns that caused you to create the last set of unwanted experiences, you’re going to duplicate it in the future.
Accordingly, the only way to “run” from anything, is to release the ideas you currently have about it from your belief-system.
CHALLENGE FOR YOUR WEEK :: If there is some area of your life that you would like to escape… instead of giving focus to ideas of running, try first shifting your thought-stream towards how you want it to be… and see if your feelings elevate accordingly.
