How to Forgive Yourself, and Others
Have you ever felt so hurt or betrayed by someone that you vowed to never forgive them for causing you such pain and anguish? If so, have you ever stopped to think who your on-going anger is really hurting?
As tempting as it may be to want to hold a grudge for infinity against this evil, awful human-being, the fact is, any anger you hold against someone else, is anger you hold against yourself. Why? Because your unique and direct connection to the one mind of the Uni-verse is through your thought-stream, or more specifically, the vibrational frequency you emit based on what you’re thinking.
This is the concept spiritual texts are trying to convey when they say “As it happens above, in mind, or in heaven, so shall it be below, on earth, or in your reality.” Meaning, whatever you think about is what shows up in your reality. So while you think you’re busy plotting the ultimate revenge, one big enough to make them really sorry for ever messing with you, what the Universe hears is all the negativity you believe should be in YOUR REALITY, and starts delivering experiences that match your low-vibe frequency.
So, on this episode of #AskMysMorgan, I share with you how to forgive yourself, and others. And I promise, once you do, you’ll realize… no one really is an evil, awful human-being, we’re all just dealing with different levels of love and fear the best way our soul and personality will let us.
